These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations of Rhymey, as well as govern your participation in our face-to-face workshops for early childhood music. By accessing the website and registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Business" refers to Rhymey.

  • "Participant", “Client”, “You” or “Your” refer to any individual or service who registers for and attends a workshop.

  • "Workshop" refers to any face-to-face workshop organised by Rhymey.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Participant in the most professional and appropriate manner.

2. Registration

  • Registration for workshops can be completed via our website or through direct communication with our team. You will submit an online form and our team will be in contact with you within 1-3 business days to schedule a free 20 minute consultation via Google Teams.

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Payment

  • All workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are made via bank transfer or credit card - invoices will be provided. Payment terms are stated in each invoice provided.

  • Booking dates will not be secured until payment has been made.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Rhymey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop. Participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • If a Participant wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify the Business at least 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing for a refund. Cancellations made less than this time before the workshop commences may not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation and refund policies are below:

  • If cancelled by Participant 8 or more weeks prior to booking date = Full refund

  • If cancelled by Participant 4-8 weeks prior to booking date = 50% refund

  • If cancelled by Participant 2-4 weeks prior to booking date = 25% refund

  • If cancelled by Participant 2 weeks or less prior to booking date = No refund

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

  • Rhymey reserves the right to remove any Participant from the workshop without a refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Rhymey in absolute discretion.

6. Liability

  • Rhymey is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by Participants during workshops, except as required by law.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during workshops.

  • A liability waiver will be released to the service once a workshop booking has been confirmed. All attendees are required to sign the waiver after reading both the waiver information and these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Rhymey and are for personal use only. Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or modify these materials, except with the express written permission of Rhymey.
